Terms that govern use of the service

These Terms apply to your access to and use of GlossaryPage, including the dashboard, the public FAQ site, and related services. GlossaryPage is a product owned and operated by Papercurtain LLC (“Company”). In these Terms, references to “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Papercurtain LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company. We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, the updated Terms will apply when posted, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

  • If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and usage limits shown at checkout or in your order form.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • We may suspend access for overdue balances, fraud, or charge disputes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service.

5. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

7. Data Location and Deletion

  • Customer data is currently stored in the United States.
  • You may request deletion of your user data and account data by contacting us through the contact page or support channel.
  • We may retain limited information when required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, messaging, monitoring, AI generation, or other infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may apply maintenance or updates as needed.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
